HOLY $HIT
SERIOUSLY??!!!
Okay ladies, I have ALWAYS touted about how I just eat healthy and hit the gym and how I DONT fast and all that stuff- not dissing anyone- I just want to lose weight the way that won't eventually screw up my metabolism. WELL, I think going RAW was the most insane thing to do to my metabolism! MY body is LOVING this. I'm not hungry, I'm always snacking and eating things and don't feel guilty about them. Even when I had starbucks and krispie treats the other day, I kept on and the weight is LITERALLY falling off. I was SOOO excited the day I was 129. I remember it VERY well. Well, today when I looked at the scale I almost fell over because this week the lbs just fell off and it was a weird feeling for it to happen so easily! I really advise this to anyone. I am lucky because I've been working so much that I haven't been *tempted* to eat other foods- but the payoff is SO worth it. I was JUST 128 on MONDAY. Now, my tummy is flat, I feel empty- but not hungry- just light. Oh- and I have this insane amount of energy!!!
Weight: 124 (that's right, the LOWER 120s. I didn't expect that SO soon!)

**My thinspiration is a combination of real girl/model/celebrity/plain out hotties- I don't like them skeletal, but they will range from thin to curvy. If they look hot, I'll post them! what kind of foods have you been eating/snacking on?
@strive4skinny22 - carrots, green peppers, apples, bananas, nuts, kiwi, grapes, broccoli, seeds, melon, celery - anything perfectly natural and uncooked (nothing canned or artificial)- hope that helped!
I have been thinking about going raw...you make it sound amazing, so that really helps with the decision..

@green_eyedgrl - Thanks for the comment!! Yeah, it was really good. The only time I even ran into an issue for REAL was when we had our holiday party. Once I started eating salty things, and sweet baked things, then I wanted to KEEP eating them! lol. I had a bad 3 days where I didn't "binge" but I wasn't eating smart. Then, Thursday I woke up and decided I needed to get back into gear! So, I won't be doing this like my whole life or anything- but I am expecting company in a couple weeks and I want to look my best for that! :) Good luck!!!!!!
