So busy- but starting to get skinny!! lol
Hello anyone and everyone!! I am having a pretty good morning. I don't know how in the world I'm up, since I only went to bed a few HOURS ago! I've had many curiousities into the fact that I went raw, and I thought I'd send you guys an update. Sorry it took so long to update this, but I've been working my BUTT off (literally...hahaha) to make sure I have plenty of Christmas money.
Okay, so last Monday, we had our Holiday party at the Bar. We closed down and it was employee friend or family ONLY. I have to say, this is always my favorite night. We get to get all crazy and fun and make our own drinks and just really have a blast! It was SOOOO fun, that I did crash on my raw diet. lol. Problem is, that once I started drinking (which alcohol is NOT raw, lol)- I started eating!!!!!!!! Everything!!! I had everything from mini-cheeseburgers, chips, cookies, cupcakes, all kinds of salt and sugar that my body was NOT used to anymore. Thing is- I didn't MISS it when I was going through a normal day, but the second it was back in my body- guess what? the next morning I WANTED bad food. I kind of went on a 3 day bender of eating bad and not giving a shit. It wasn't until Thursday when I was talking to my best friend and she brought up my Ex that is coming to visit and she asked me what I planned for us to do when hanging out that I realized, "WAIT!!" I want to be tiny, hot, and SMALL when he comes!!! What am I doing?!!! So, BAM, I went right back to raw. It was really easy because I was at the grocery store with her while we were talking, so I just started putting my fruits/veggies/beans in the cart! lol.
So, here it is a WEEK after my last post. I was SO excited to be 124 last week. This morning, after my 3 day mini-binge and correcting myself right afterwards, this morn I woke up at 122.0- Um, WOW. So, I'm only 3 lbs from the TEENS. That's freaking insane. I can't believe it.
Good luck to all you ladies that are trying to lose weight. Just rememeber, you don't always have to starve yourself. Sometimes, just eat what your body WANTS. Like fresh, unprocessed food. It might thank you AND you don't have to be hungry or hide it from people. :) Good luck and I will post again soon. He'll be here in 2 weeks!!!!!

HOLY $HIT
SERIOUSLY??!!!
Okay ladies, I have ALWAYS touted about how I just eat healthy and hit the gym and how I DONT fast and all that stuff- not dissing anyone- I just want to lose weight the way that won't eventually screw up my metabolism. WELL, I think going RAW was the most insane thing to do to my metabolism! MY body is LOVING this. I'm not hungry, I'm always snacking and eating things and don't feel guilty about them. Even when I had starbucks and krispie treats the other day, I kept on and the weight is LITERALLY falling off. I was SOOO excited the day I was 129. I remember it VERY well. Well, today when I looked at the scale I almost fell over because this week the lbs just fell off and it was a weird feeling for it to happen so easily! I really advise this to anyone. I am lucky because I've been working so much that I haven't been *tempted* to eat other foods- but the payoff is SO worth it. I was JUST 128 on MONDAY. Now, my tummy is flat, I feel empty- but not hungry- just light. Oh- and I have this insane amount of energy!!!
Weight: 124 (that's right, the LOWER 120s. I didn't expect that SO soon!)

Raw day 4 - and thinspo!
Hi everyone!!! I've been SOOO busy working the last few days, so sorry I was unable to update. Because I took off time for my family reunion, I covered some other shifts for people this week (extra $ is always good!)...anyway, I had some questions about the raw diet. It's really simple. Everything you eat is raw, uncooked food. So, veggies, fruits, sprouts, seeds, nuts...etc. First, I heard that you lose weight really fast (and this is true!)- also I heard that it's really good for your skin and makes you have less breakouts and feel really healthy. So, I figured, 3 weeks isn't a long time to do it- I'll TOTALLY commit to this! Well, today was my very first cheat- but just barely!- My work friend bought me a starbucks, and I couldn't NOT drink it after she bought it for me! So, there was that, and then the SAME girl had brought in rice krispie treats for everyone, and everyone else grabbed one and looked at me, so I grabbed one too. These people have watched me lose more than 20 lbs recently- and I don't want to allow any room for them to talk like I have an eating disorder- since I do not. I'm just super healthy!!
Anyway- so ASIDE from those little- teeny, tiny, mini-cheats- I have been RAW and feel AMAZING. I've been really lacking on sleep everyday because of all the work I've been doing- BUT- I haven't been as tired as I used to be. It's so hard to explain, but I think because I'm eating SOO healthy, it's making my body feel better. Plus, the weight loss is nice too! This morning I weighed in at 125.8 (SWWWWWEEEEETTTTTT)- and it's only been a few days!!! The thought of being SOO close to the teens with my weight when I was actually 165 earlier THIS YEAR- is amazing to me! Happy day....
So, that's all exciting. Okay, now onto the thinspo

I'm BACK! and gonna be getting SKINNY
Hi lovely ladies!!!
I had a lovely vaca - but now I'm back and THANK goodness I DIDNT gain a single lb!!! I did lose one additional one- so that was like an added bonus. lol.
Okay- so here's the thing- I'm REALLY excited and I know that any of you that actually read this know I'm not ana or mia- that I just eat healthy and hit the gym- but *maybe* this will intrigue you:
I am going raw!
Only for 3 1/2 weeks. My very old, old, super hot, ex-boyfriend that I'm still best friends with is coming to visit- and you know what?! Married or not married, I want to look super-hot when he sees me! He hasn't seen me in a LONG time and I want his jaw to drop. I read about the raw diet and how super good for your body it already is (which I'm a big fan of health) AND how you can eat unlimited and still drop weight AND it like clears up your complexion and all that other fun stuff. If anyone would like to go through this with me- just let me know and that'll be fun- otherwise, you can just watch to see how much smaller I can get in the next few weeks. I know it'll be really STRETCHING it- but I'd love to lose like 10 lbs. If not- that's okay- but that would be my ultimate goal. I'm 128 right now:: so we'll see.

Enough thinspo for a WEEK
Hi girls!
This will be my last post for the next week and 1/2. Tomorrow I get on a plane to go visit some family in Chicago and then stay around for a family reunion and Thanksgiving celebrations. I'll probably get online to check stuff- but I'll be unable to add any thinspo. Because of that, I am LITERALLY adding enough thinspiration for the whole week! lol. Hopefully Turkey day doesn't undo all the hard work I've been doing. I don't want to go crazy, but I'm scared that after being on a plane, being around my grandma's home cooking THEN going to the family reunion with tons of catered food- that by the time Thanksgiving rolls around, I might not care so much about being healthy...hopefully all that doesn't happen!! I want to LOSE weight over Thanksgiving unlike many other people who gain! So, wish me luck and have a lovely holiday and I'll have a "guess the celebrity" section, so feel free to guess in the comments and I'll let you know when I come back!! Take care...xoxox
